Waiting over 3 months for a first available appointment seemed a little long. My primary care physician met acute needs. She was being thorough, so a second opinion was ordered. His opinions were most welcome. Thank you, Dr. Hall.

My brother is very confused and gets upset because he can't remember things. Dr. Hall treated him with kindness and listened carefully to him when he was trying to answer Dr. Hall's questions. The nurse who came into the office to get my brother ready to see the doctor was also very kind and understanding when my brother had to ask me questions that he did not understand or remember. I would recommend any person who is trying to help another family who has seizures go to Dr. Hall. He and his staff are wonderful people.

Came early and got in when I check out it was when I had appointment time glad cause we had other places to stop

The actual visit with Dr Hall was good. Every other thing involving Premier has been awful. Especially trying to schedule other things that Dr Hall recommended. I would recommend Dr Hall but definitely not Premier.

I felt welcomed by the administrative staff. Dr Hall was friendly, open, and did not rush. He asked a few times if I had any other questions (sometimes something does pop into my head after already answering no). He made sure my mind had time to understand what I was hearing and gave me the opportunity to ask any other questions.

I have returned to this office to speak with the doc or nurse concerning my mom and her care. I was told he would call at 4pm that day. Never called. I sent a note on mychart listing concerns and that I would like to speak with him directly. Still no call today again. No response to my message on mychart either.
