Everyone was great except the person at front desk. She was not very personal, actually quite grumpy. My appointment was later in the day and she definitely seemed like she was more than ready to call it a day. She is not someone I would want greeting my patients as they come into my facility.

Dr. Smail is an excellent physician. She explains everything well and listens well. I would certainly recommend her to others in need of the medical services she provides. I really appreciated that at my initial appointment with her, she recommended physical therapy rather than surgery.

She was very thorough. It's spent a lot of time with me. I'm having to have surgery that I'm terrified of and she was just fabulous. I had went to her for a second opinion but now I'm actually going to have her do the surgery because she was so thorough and I just don't comfortable.

The people that meet a very professional good people hopefully I got help from them continue this procedure so that I can recover my health I keep my finger cross I believe on them
