My physician was attentive to my concerns. The support staff were pleasant and professional in their manner. It is always a positive experience interacting with them.

Office staff and Doctor are always concerned about the Patient's well being. They all are very professional.

Dr Ramanathan was very attentive, patient and helpful. He explained my condition and the alternatives for treatment in a way I could understand. His actions helped me choose a course of action I am comfortable with. I am pleased that he is my Cardiologist.

My appointment was at 10:00, my husband and I got there at 9:30. The doctor didn't come in the room until 11:00 & took a phone call on his cell phone while in the room with us.

My primary physician was very pleasant and through in addressing my current health/ medical needs.

I waited in the Treatment room for well over an hour, before the DR. arrived. Nobody checked with me to explain why, he was late. I came very close to walking out. I have never been treated like this before and I was late for my next appointment, due to this delay. I would expect a courtesy check, with an explanation, for the LONG delay. I didn't have time to stop at the desk, to pick up my summary paperwork, or to schedule my next appointment, as I needed to rush to my next appointment.

There was a long wait. The Dr apologized. I think a 2 hour wait is too long for someone who already doesn't feel well.

Dr. Ramanathan has continued to provide excellent heart care for me. The nursing staff provided excellent attention to our responses and conducted the preliminary testing in a kind manner. The office staff assisted us with the paperwork.

I had sudden problem of tightening in my heart. Dr. Ramanathan listened to my problem. EKG was done. Explain to me the finding. Then explained next steps to resolve the problem. Wonderful experience! Thanks Dr. Ramanathan.

Long wait over hour late for scheduled appointment

Dr. Ramanathan is wonderful!

The doctor was an hour late and he did nothing about the main problem I told him about (lack of energy and pressure when climbing stairs or lifting heavy objects (15 lbs). He acted confused and I had to repeated my questions.

Phenomenal physician and staff. Compassionate and caring with elderly father and also with me, the caregiver.

Dr. Ramanathan is an excellent heart specialist that is very thorough in his care of my medical care and condition. I am very pleased with the type of care and his ability to explain my heart issues verbally so that I understand. My concern is he does not have a nurse assigned to him the last 3 times I had an appointment. Please send him back to the Needmore office. It functioned so much better. I need to know who the nurse is and have a functioning relationship with her/him the same as my doctor. Please fix this nurse issue.

My appointment was rescheduled multiple times over a period of 3 months due to unavailability by the doctor.

This was a referral visit from WPMEDCEN. The visit went well, but it took more than eight weeks to get it. Fortunately, the medical condition and carotid ultrasound test that precipitated the referral improved substantially, diminishing the impact of the delay.

Dr. Ramanathan listens and makes you a part of the decision making process about your health. We all get to make choices about our providers and I chose Dr. Ramanathan because of the way he treats people.

While the provider was very gracious and focused, our discussion with him was ONE HOUR LATE which in turn caused severe changes in subsequently scheduled events. You ask that we be on time - which we were - then disrespect our schedule. A major problem with customer service.

I believe that my heart doctor longs to experience God's inner presence and approval. This gives him the desire to help his patients where they are in life

Dr. Ramanathan is exceptional and outstanding professional health care provider in my experience. I also have it confirmed through many of my friends and acquaintances. He is thorough, caring, knowledgeable and respectful. You can say he is the ideal medical care professional that other providers should look up to for inspiration and emulation. My appointment was at 11:15. The medical assistant took my info and did an EKG. I then waited till 12:10.

This was my initial visit with Dr. Ram. I liked his attention to my issue even if it seems minor. I also enjoyed our conversation, his genuine interest,and the time he took to become acquainted with this old lady.

The facility is beautiful. The second floor is sunlit and expansively tall. A really nice place to wait for the doctor.

I first met Dr Ramanathan in 2005 when I was experiencing a severe heart problem. I had a successful triple by-pass. I am very satisfied with the great care I have received since then!

Very first appointment with the very kind and thorough Dr R. Could not have ask for a better doctor to care for my heart.

Dr Ramanathan is fine. However, his office is severely understaffed. This was my 2nd attempt at seeing him for a check-up. On the 1st appointment, I left after waiting an hour and then being told it would be another 45 minutes to an hour before I was seen. On the 2nd attempt, I waited 30 minutes and the receptionist came out and said I should be going back in soon. After another 30 minutes, the nurse called a gentleman back that arrived after me. She asked who we were waiting on and she then said that I was not on her list. The nurse took me back shortly afterwards and placed me ahead of the later gentleman. She tried her best to make up for the fact that I had somehow been missed, but the fact is that one nurse CANNOT manage all patients for a doctor. Please hire additional personnel or I will be looking for a new cardiologist which I really do not want to do as I am completely satisfied with Dr Ramanathan's service. In addition, someone needs to review your computer programming to make sure that patients do not continue to drop off of patient list.
