Most of the nursing staff were excellent, while a couple day shift nurses could use some improvement with their bedside manner. Social worker appeared to be very slow to get anything done

Everyone at this facility is always so very nice professional. And always listens to any concerns I did like the new Dr. Lawless very much.

I thought an MRI would be ordered for my left knee; instead another set of xrays were performed when I just had xrays the previous week at a Premier facility. I want the best possible chance to recover from this pain and regain my mobility.

After an injury at home, resulting in a lot of pain and unable to stand without a walker, got us in the same day I called to see Dr Lawless... Very much appreciated !!!

I was anxious coming for my appointment. The smiles and friendliness of everyone soon made me feel at ease.

A different Dr. Examined me, the said Dr. Lawless would be in shortly. When he came in he said my X-ray was ok and handed me a paper for physical therapy. It was not a very satisfactory visit.

Was confused about his recommendation for therapy somewhere other than a Premiere facility

Dr. Lawless has consistently provided great care, both during appointments and surgery.

After the visit I realized I should have asked more questions. I have sent an email with them though, and expect to get a response in a timely manner.

The Doctors were very informative about my condition. They recommended followup that would be helpful for me as well. Really made to feel comfortable.

The whole Staff from the receptionist to the doctor were very helpful and took care of my knee problem.

Great Doctor

After recently dealing with another physicians group at Premier Health that would allow the phone to ring for 10 to 20 minutes for scheduling or talk with staff, it was a true welcome to see a Dr office which valued me and my time. My appointment was effortless form scheduling the appointment within two days to walking into waiting area and having x-rays and then back to exam room all with minimal wait and it should be, but unfortunate is always the case. Thank you so much for valuing me and my time.

We left feeling confused, with no clear reason why he completely contradicted the other doctor we saw before.

Dr Matthew Lawless really listens to me and is a great Dr .

Doctor Lawless is very caring. I am thankful he took me on as a patient after two previous knee replacements failed with another physician. I have confidence he will provide me with the best of care.

My experience with the physician and his resident was great; however, my experience with the receptionist who supposedly scanned my new health insurance card was less than satisfactory. Since my member ID was the same, she apparently thought that the coverage was the same. It is Not the same. My copay for a specialist is now $20, not the $25 of last year. She charged my card $25, $5 more than should have been charged. I have several appointments in the near future, and they are all listed at the wrong amount. Why was this not done correctly?

Scheduled visit was quick and easy. They got me in, in a timely manner. Provider was able to provide me with a treatment plan going forward.

Provider gave me service 8 years ago & is providing with good service now

My doctor's recommendation for a steroid shot in my knee was right on. Really helped quickly, I'm walking better,helps all over. My doctor's a smart guy, thanks all. I'll be back.

We really like Dr. Lawless and his staff. He listens, he is well prepared before he walks into the room, and he explains things in a way that we understand and know what to do to properly care for our mother with her situation of why she's seeing him and her Alzheimer's diagnosis.

I will say that if a patient checks in electronically, please don't make them fill the form out again as it is just a waste of time and paper.

I have told several people that this is the first doctors office I have ever been to where you were called in at the time of your scheduled visit and the doctor came in within five minutes of me being in the room. I was very impressed by this.

Always a professional pleasant experience

This is my second, really third visit, on the same issue. The first visit was to the ER with X-rays. No treatment recommended, but left on crutches as I was unable to bear weight on the knee. The visit to the first orthopedic was again just a visual assessment, I had obvious swelling and knee pain which was dismissed as acute. Left with a paper to do at-home therapy. No demonstrations at all. Nor was the leg wrapped as promised. I went home hoping it would improve and that the at-home therapy would work. The visit yesterday was again disappointing. X-rays again. No MRI as requested. Again, just outward virtual assessment this time telling me it's just arthritis even after explaining there was a specific instance of obvious injury. Again? Sent home to do PT with a therapist as my at-home therapy was not followed correctly - physicians words. I'm not sure if it's an insurance thing or if this practice just doesn't listen to the patient, but I'm highly disappointed that an MRI to really determine if it was just "tennis knee" or "arthritis" as the visual diagnoses claim.

Intake, physical therapist and Dr. Lawless were thorough, listened and assessed a plan for my health circumstances. Very pleasant and funny, while realistic.

Dr. Lawless suggested no-surgical solutions to my knee pain. This is greatly appreciated. He is being systematic. Dr. Lawless, assisting doctor and the nurses were warm and took note of problems with care. Thanks to the team.

Very well organized. Dr. Lawless explained everything about my knee surgery to me. He used the X-rays to point specific things out.

Both the attending and resident physicians were professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive. They were reassuring and seemed to care about my problems. They answered my questions. I was treated like a person , not just another "case". This was a very positive experience. Would definitely recommend Dr. Lawless.

Did not listen or what to provide the help I believe I needed. The visit was a waste of my time. I am still stuck looking for a caregiver.

So nice to have a walk in clinic to be able to see a provider when in pain instead of having an extended wait.

Was a bit disappointed this time because of the wait, but I believe he had a surgery that went long. I understand; however, it was an hour and a half before I got to see him. One hour in the waiting room and another half hour in the examination room. Again, I understand but it can be frustrating waiting that long when I am supposed to be getting back to work.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Lawless and his office. Our paths crossed due to a very unfortunate accident that took place at an even worse time in our lives. Dr. Lawless made this experience as smooth and as painless as possible- this is from experience, as a surgeon from a different network treated me for a surgically identical accident four years prior. Dr. Lawless and his staff worked to understand our situation, recommended and executed a path based on that, setting extremely clear expectations throughout. I wouldn't wish this situation on anyone, but life happens, and our family is forever grateful for everything Dr. Lawless and staff did to get us through it.

It took over 2 hours for my appointment which meant I couldn't pay for my visit when I left. I had to come back the next day to pay.

Dr. Lawless has been dismissive of my concerns from day one. When he greeted me at a previous visit, he said "How's that BMI coming along?" before saying hello. This last visit he told me, in regards to weight loss, "if you're not hungry, you're not doing it right." He refused to write a prescription for a rollator, saying that it wouldn't help me, after I told him that a shopping cart was the only way I can get around. I've seen Dr. Lawless for over a year now, but after his behavior at my last visit, I won't be going back. I should've found a new doctor sooner instead of one who belittles me and shows zero compassion.

Dr. Lawless was very thorough. He explained the exrays. Everything looks good. He scheduled blood work, and bone scan. The person who brough in the orders was not very kind or helpful. Yes she answered our questions. However she seemed in a hurry and very brief. Yes, it was the end of the day. In all said, it was a successful visit.

I have complete trust in the care that Dr. Lawless provides for me. The only issue I have with most doctors currently is that they refuse to order pain meds. This confuses me. I know that their is a crack down on over prescribing these because of addiction issues, but it has gone overboard. I believe they take an oath to " do no harm". Isn't refusing to provide relief from pain doing harm? I think each person and case should be considered by need. Thanks for letting me vent.? I respect Dr. Lawless. I've never had a doctor give so much attention to my concerns and questions.?

I have pain in my right knee, I had to wait 3 weeks to get in. I saw a student when I got there, my x-rays showed just a little arthritis, he told me my pain is from my hip. No x-ray was done just was told to exercise my leg. No explanation of why the outside of my leg would make the other side of my knee to hurt so bad. I asked for something for pain, that is when I met the doctor, he gave me a shot in my knee handed me a sheet of exercises. Not sure what the shot was but didn't do much.

Dr. Lawless listened and answer my questions. He helped me with the pain to start therapies to overcome my joints problems. The Resident Dr. was very nice, attentive, and explained me the test results and posible solutions very well. I am feeling better now. Thanks.

It was a good visit and I got cortisone injections that day. The follow up is as needed.

The walk-in after hours was extremely helpful! The doctor I met with was very patient and he explained my condition so that I could understand it. He listened to my questions and answered them. Front desk could use some help with be more professional.

I got good answers for the questions I asked. I'm just not sure I asked all the questions that were needed but that was me.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Lawless and his staff. I'm back to living my best life and it has been a long time coming.

I had left knee surgery. My doctor retired before he performed my right knee surgery. They switched me to another doctor within a week. I now have a surgery date set up. All of this happened within a weeks time. Very impressive

Dr Lawless listened to everything I said. He carefully explained an additional exercise he wanted me to do. He had me practice it. He's a great surgeon! He straightened my leg during the surgery. That made recovery much more painful but I'm walking so much better. In the long run, I'll suffer less pain and remain mobile longer which will help me be independent much longer. The X-ray technician was very kind. She lined me up carefully for each shot and understood my limitations. I've had rheumatoid arthritis attacking my joints for over 50 years. My right ankle has been fused since 2008 which really makes it hard to position my body. The person who took me to the exam room was very pleasant and upbeat. Checking out was easy and quick.

Excellent job and service

receptionists were preoccupied and when I was called over the one was short and brusque. The nurse was extremely nice who took me to the room to wait for the dr. The resident was very nice and attentive. He talked things out with me and I felt listened to. The dr was bordering on rude though. He jumped to conclusions about my weight without consulting my history or asking and even when I explained he basically said "try harder". Insensitive.

It was very cold the doctor didn't seem to care it was basically do as I say or No other help With one click of the mouse somehow he was on a website where he told me I had to buy a brace point the screen at me stood up. Shook my hand told me have a nice day and walked out of the room!!! I feel like there was never any intention on helping me I have been injured for over a year With a very severe injury I feel like the doctor did not care and wanted nothing to do with me!!!

I greatly appreciate Dr Lawless and the other staff's abilities to give me a new knee. I'm out meeting, Dr Lawless did not tell me what medicines I should stay on and what I should stop taking. He just said I was doing fine. Nurse told me I could stop wearing the TED hose. She described how the last piece of adhesive protecting the incision would come off eventually with washing. Dr. Lawless discussed taking the stairs at home less often since it caused irritation. I am not sure if I have to be I failed to ask when I could drive again, but I am sure in a few weeks my knee will be bending much more freely, and that will make all the difference in whether I feel comfortable driving myself to out patient therapy.
