The physician with whom I met showed me the x-rays and MRI, explained it in a manner to allow me to understand the issues of concern.

On one of my visits she sent me away and said she would not answer any more of my questions. This confused me. I waited a couple of months before I made another appointment and then she answered my questions and we discussed surgery. She was however reluctant to repeat any of her answers when I ask for clarification. A very nice lady but evidently does not like questions.

Dr. Beth is a gifted surgeon and a wonderful physician who is easy to talk to and provides great advice.

Dr. Berrettoni is the whole package. She listened, she used a pamphlet about my problem, she labeled pictures in the pamphlet so I would remember what she had said. She presented options for treatment, with percentages, then further discussed them so I could make an informed decision. She was straightforward but not pushy, and she was kind. She's one of my favorite doctors for these reasons.

It has been a wonderful experience. Got appointment quickly and 2-5 mins wait time.

My appointment was scheduled for 11:45. I was directed to an examine room a hour later. At 90 minutes I asked staff when I would see the doctor. I was assured that I was the next patient to be seen. Dr. Berrettoni enter the room 2 hrs after my scheduled appointment time. She explained that she had an emergency patient that needed to be seen. Why wasn't i contacted when the staff realized the dr was running over a hour late. I should have been given the courtesy of rescheduling or arriving later for my appointment. I am certain if I had shown up 2 hrs late for my appointment I would have been told I would have to reschedule. This disregard for the value of my time is unacceptable.

I felt very comfortable with the whole process of the office and would definitely recommend this provider.

I was very impressed with the doctor. She did several tests on my hand during the appointment, explaining what the test did. She also explained about the surgery and recovery. I didn't appreciate waiting so long for the doctor to see me, no explanation.

Dr. Berrettoni was very thorough and explained the altered anatomy of my wrist and possible treatment options up to and including surgery if needed and did not jump directly into doing an invasive procedure. It was a great experience.

Never saw the doctor. I arrived 15 minutes early to check in, and wasn't taken back until 14 minutes after my appointment time. Then I sat in the exam room for nearly 80 minutes with minimal communication with the M.A. I had to leave for another appointment, so I ended up not bring seen. Had I kept a patient waiting so long without communicating with them I would have been reprimanded. Unprofessional and rude.

The office is decorated for fall pretty early but not a big deal. However, the wax melt that they had was way over-powering and nauseating. It made me almost throw up. It's quite off putting. Not everyone can handle all smells.

DR and staff went above and beyond the call of duty during my visit. I had a medical issue arise during my appointment and was given amazing care! Was taken to ER with potential heart issue. All checked out normal...but it was wise for doctor to recommend ER and great for me to receive piece of mind.

She thoroughly explained what was going on with my arthritis in my right hand and the nodule that began growing there. I feel fortunate to have her caring my my hand!

This was my first appointment and I arrived 10 minutes early. I was promptly greeted , asked to fill out one form and was called back to a room quickly even before I had finished the form. After my history had been shared, the X-ray tech immediately came in and took me for X-rays. I was taken back to the room. The medical tech mentioned that the Dr liked to take her time with her patients and would give me the same attention. (Red flag one) . After approx half hour the assistant did come back to check on me and said the Dr would be in shortly. Another half hour passes and no Dr. Now because I was early I have be waiting an hour and 10 minutes. I finally decided to leave. I took my paperwork to the front desk said I wasn't waiting any longer. She said I'm sorry. And I left. I was sorry as well since now I'm going to have to find another hand Dr. But this was unacceptable.

I waited in the examination room for 50 minutes before the doctor entered. No one said anything about the wait. I know that things happen which may cause the delay, but someone should explain that the doctor will be late to the patient. I was 10 minutes from walking out the door.

Almost everything about this visit was wonderful. She listened, was encouraging, had great expertise, she didn't waste time, and we came to a good conclusion. The only thing that wasn't amazing was the wait time. My appointment was at 2:30 and it wasn't until 3:45 that the doctor came in. I understand that she likes to spend time with each patient and it's the end of the day, so she's running behind-but it was a long time to wait. I feel like my experience was worth the wait, but there's got to be a better way to get great care AND for it to be timely.
