The front office was so helpful. I had to call multiple times to see if my PCP had sent a referral and each time the office was friendly and helpful and encouraged me to call again to check.

I had an attendee do the process, and he did a good job, as Dr. Kim guided him through it. I enjoy being a guinea pig sometimes.

Dr Kim and his staff are fantastic! I've shared information about the Migraine Clinic to everyone I meet who suffers from migraines. They drastically improved my quality of life.

Dr. Richard Kim always takes the time to review my headache calendar and compare it to my past ones to see how I am progressing with my treatments. Because I have been stable and not improving withtheoccurrence of mymigraines, he recommended increasing the dosage of Botox. He asked where the location of my headache pain most frequently occurred before he decided which shot to increase the dosage in. He just didn't keep treating me the same as always. I highly recommend him as a headache specialist.

My experience with Dr. Kim was very good and he explained things that made sense to me. He had a resident who came in and took my information. I was okay with that being an educator it's important to get hands on knowledge and experience. It was a good experience.

Dr. Kim is excellent. He listens to my concerns and. adjusts my care plan if needed. He keeps me on schedule for my preventative care which has improved my quality of life.

Dr. Kim was not only very personable, but very thorough in his questions, evaluation & recommendations. I am looking forward to working with Dr. Kim. I'm also happy he isn't about to retire or move out of state! LOL!

They usually call before a tele health appointment to get information and that didn't happen so was confused if the appointment was still happening

I had an incredible experience. I was checked in immediately, spent minimal time waiting. I was treated with complete kindness and regard for my conditions. The nurse/MA was very considerate of my light sensitivity and POTS while taking my BP in a standing position. Dr. Kim was one of the most thorough and considerate providers I've ever had (and I've had a lot of doctors). He listened to me, believed me, and treated me accordingly. More than anything, I appreciated that he gave me options with my treatment, and didn't dictate to me. I look very forward to working with him in the future.

Dr. Kim has always gone above and beyond. His knowledge is out of this world. He takes his time to understand the true root of the migraines and does his best to find the perfect preventative treatments to make sure I don't suffer from migraines daily. He listens and remembers and that's the most important thing when it comes to such a broad label that is migraines. I have always been impressed and recommend him to people almost daily as I work in the healthcare field as well.

My experience was perfect, the receptionist and doctors were very helpful and clear with all the indications. The only thing a would address is that it took me almost 5 months to get my appointment since I was a new patient.

Dr. Kim helps with my pain management, which is in my opinion is the best thing in the world. Since I have under his care, I have not had as much pain.

Dr. Kim gas an excellent patient side bed manner. He listens to you and us always curtious. He walks you to the desk to make your next appointment which really gives a client the feeling that he is there for you and not just rushing off to the next patient in the next room. Staff is also always friendly. I have recommended friends to Dr. Kim that are now clients as well.

Hands down one of the best experiences I've had with a provider. Many options of treatments and willing to what he can to help. All of the staff was very friendly. The office was very clean well kept. I will recommend Dr. Kim to everyone I can.

I'm extremely disappointed with how my follow up visit went. I felt as though the Dr wanted my headaches to be what he decided they were and didn't feel as though I was being listened to.

Dr. Kim was amazing. I have never had a physician spend as much time with me as he did. He obtained a very detailed history of my symptoms, as well as performed a very thorough physical examination. He explained his conclusions in easy to understand terms. I would highly recommend this physician.
