Patient Information
Appointment/Procedure Preparation
Dr. Camm is currently accepting new patient referrals. Dr. Camm schedules her own appointments after she receives a physician referral.
If you have been referred to Dr. Camm through your insurance carrier for an outpatient neuropsychological examination, you may contact her at (513) 420-5733.
What to Expect
Your referring physician should provide Dr. Camm with a reason for referral, demographic and insurance information. Forms can also be downloaded here.
Please bring your insurance card and a list of your current medications to every appointment. If you have a family member that has been referred and who may have difficulty providing an accurate history of his or her problem, you may want to accompany them to their first appointment.
During your first visit, Dr. Camm will conduct an initial clinical interview. Following the interview, Dr. Camm will decide what further assessment and treatment are necessary and discuss this with you.
After Your Visit or Procedure
Following your initial clinical interview, you can expect to be scheduled for neuropsychological testing. This appointment will be scheduled by Dr. Camm.
Dr. Camm performs all testing in her private office. A complete battery of neuropsychological testing takes between five to seven hours. We spread the sessions of one to one and a half hours over several weeks. If you are able to tolerate two hours at a time, the total number of sessions can be fewer.
